Dear Coach:
You and your track team are
cordially invited to participate in the 16th. Annual Bob Hayes Middle School
Invitational Track Meet to be held at William M. Raines High School on Friday
Evening, March 16, 2012.
The Middle School Meet will be
limited to 7th and 8th Graders ONLY. Each school will be limited to three (3)
contestants in the individual events, and one (1) in the relay events.
Enclosed is a Schedule
of Events alone with information on the Track and Field
Developmental Clinic. Due to the late starting of your season, all
events will run as Finals, No team scoring and
places according to time.
Online entries will be open to
Middle Schools this year. A link to Direct Athletics is on the home page or
www.directathletics.com. The online
entry will be open until 8:00 A.M. Friday Morning, March 16, 2012.
The Awards will consist of
Trophies for 1st place and Ribbons for 2nd through 8th place.
DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE OF
SOME OF THE PARTICIPATES, WE ARE
REQUESTING EACH COACH TO TURN IN AN ELIGIBILITY LIST TO THE CLERK
OF COURSE BEFORE THE MEET.

Adult $3.00 - Starting at 11:00 A.M.
A COACH PASS WILL ONLY ADMIT ONE (1) TO ENTER THE MEET (FACA - FHSAA).
